NHRMC is tracking volunteerism throughout the organization and while this mechanism is within MyNetLearning, its accuracy is dependent upon staff and leaders taking the time to report their hours. The ability to capture volunteerism and outreach in the community provides a metric for measuring employee engagement through community service.
Measurement of volunteerism and outreach will provide opportunities to recognize individuals and departments who excel in these areas, as well as encourage others to engage in community service.
Even though volunteerism has been hampered by the pandemic, our report shows we have contributed 3,173 volunteer hours to our community this fiscal year!
Employees with the highest number of tracked volunteer hours are:
- Janet Lewia, Nursing Educators (125.5 HRS)
- Michelle L. Koves, Clinical Documentation (119 HRS)
- Cheryl Padezanin, Respiratory Care Neo/Peds (106 HRS)
The teams with the highest number of tracked volunteer hours are:
- Rehab Services, Acute Care (254.70 HRS)
- Clinical Documentation (252 HRS)
- Pharmacy (246.80 HRS)
Please continue to encourage staff and leaders to report volunteer hours via NetLearning. Click here for instructions on how to log your hours.
