Infor Global HR will go live with Phase 1 at 10 a.m. Monday, July 20. Global HR is an easier-to-navigate system that will help employees manage their own contact information within the NHRMC system in Employee Space and update credentials, competencies, skills and education in their talent profile. A new career site will be available to review and apply for jobs within the organization.
Managers will use Global HR to access their employees’ records, create job requisitions, review candidate information, and enter new hires, transfers, and terminations. Not all functions will be available in the Phase I rollout, but employees and managers should starting using Global HR for most functions previously done in Lawson.
All NHRMC employees need to complete the Infor Global HR Employee Space Training CBL in NetLearning. All NHRMC Managers need complete the Infor Global HR Manager Space Training CBL as well.
Employees can also learn more on the SharePoint site, which includes a newsletter with a helpful Q&A section. It also includes instructions for using the Global HR mobile app.

A Command Center will be set up in order to answer questions you may have.
