The New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation has already received more than $50,000 in donations to support the work of NHRMC during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Earlier this month, the NHRMC Foundation announced it was accepting financial contributions to a newly created Emergency Response Fund. The fund is designed to support areas of greatest need, including emergency care, the purchase of needed supplies or medical equipment, and staff support.

“We are tremendously grateful for the initial response from our community to our call to action to support the vital work of NHRMC,” said Schorr Davis, NHRMC Vice President of Development/Foundation Executive Director. “With your help, we will continue this effort to help ensure we are best positioned to support the healthcare needs of our community.”
