Get Prepared for Infor Workforce Management Phase 2
Infor Workforce Management Phase 2 go live will be February 9th, 2020.
In preparation for this go live, various training opportunities will be available to employees and managers of those Phase 2 departments.
All employees for Phase 2 will be required to review training CBL’s in NetLearning.  Coordinators, Managers and Directors will receive classroom training and NetLearning CBL training.
Leader Training:
All managers, coordinators and those identified as schedulers must enroll in Workforce Management classroom training.
Each leader with hourly employees need to sign up for a 3-hour training session in NetLearning.
Those leaders with only exempt employees have the option to attend shorter WFM Manager training session.  These will be held via Skype and will be available the first two weeks of January.
Employee Subject Matter Experts:
Employee SME’s will be identified by team leaders and will be assisting employees with the application at go live and ongoing with new employees.
There should be approximately 1 Employee SME per 25 employees in those departments.
Each Employee Subject Matter Expert chosen will be required to attend an Employee SME training class which will last approximately 2 hours.
Subject Matter Experts in the OR will also be required to attend classroom training for Self-Scheduling.
Self-Scheduler Training:
Each employee in Surgical Services will be required to complete a 30 minute classroom training session to teach them how to self-schedule in the new Workforce Management system.
Surgical Services employees can sign up for one of these drop-in sessions via NetLearning. 
NetLearning Module Assignments:
Mandatory NetLearning CBL’s need to be completed by January 11th, 2020 by all Phase 2 Leaders. Employees have until February 7th. The following CBL’s have been assigned to managers:
·        Time & Attendance – Managers
·        Mobility – Managers
·        Advanced Schedule View (ASV) – Managers
·        ETM (Employee Transaction Manager)
·        Infor Workforce Mobile Application – Employees
Employees must complete the ETM (Employee Transaction Manager) and the Infor Workforce Mobile Application – Employees CBL.
As a reminder, Phase 2 departments going live on February 9th include:
  1. All units and departments reporting to Dr. Philip Brown
  2. Surgical Services (except for floors 2 and 4)
  3. Lean
  4. Emergency Transport (EMS, Vitalink, etc)
  5. Laboratories
  6. Respiratory
