Training, Other Updates for Workforce Management Phase 1 Go-Live

Infor Workforce Management Phase 1 Go-Live will be on November 17. In preparation for this go live, various training opportunities will be available to employees and managers of the affected departments.

All employees for Phase 1 have been assigned mandatory training CBL’s in NetLearning. Coordinators, Managers and Directors will receive classroom training in addition to CBL’s.

Each area will have Manager Subject Matter Experts who will identify the training date and assist with training their respective department managers/coordinators on that date.

Leader Training:

Leader training will last about 3 hours and will cover:

  • Overview of Workforce Management and the Foundations for Build
  1. Federal & State Labor Laws
  2. NHRMC Policies & Procedures, including payroll compliance rules and schedule compliance rules
  • Overview of Workforce Management Employee Transaction Manager (ETM)
  1. Desktop version of ETM
  2. Mobility, including how to assist with setup of Okta
  • Overview of Workforce Management for Managers
  1. Desktop WFM
  2. Mobility
  3. Reports 

Employee Subject Matter Experts:

Employee SME’s will be identified by team leaders and will assist employees with the application at go live and ongoing with new employees.

There should be approximately 1 Employee SME per 25 employees in those departments.

Each Employee Subject Matter Expert will be required to attend a two-hour Employee SME training class, which will include:

  • Brief Overview of Workforce Management and Foundations for Build
  1. Federal & State Labor Laws
  2. NHRMC Policies & Procedures, including payroll compliance rules and schedule compliance rules
  • Overview of Workforce Management Employee Transaction Manager (ETM)
  1. Desktop version of ETM
  2. Mobility, including how to assist with setup of Okta
  3. Reports
  • Class will include time for the employees to use the playground environment to practice the skills learned in the CBL modules and classroom training.
