The Benefits Team is taking action to help employees and their covered dependents who may be affected by Hurricane Dorian.

Prescriptions, Early Refills:

Please ensure you have an adequate supply of prescription medications to get you through the storm and any possible aftermath. If you need to refill your prescription medications early, including maintenance medications you normally fill through MedImpact Direct, you can do so by visiting any in-network pharmacy. The usual plan co-pays will apply but penalties will be waived.

Misplaced ID cards:

Please ensure you have your United Healthcare membership ID card. If you have misplaced it, call UnitedHealthcare at 866-633-2446, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can also download the free Health4Me app, which provides instant access to your ID card, network care providers, personal health benefits and more. The Health4Me app is available as a free download at the Apple iTunes App Store and the Android Market on Google Play.
