NHRMC is working to improve participation of staff in both Lean and Innovation activities. As part of that objective, a survey is being conducted for baseline information on both areas. This is a very short survey (6 questions) and will take only minutes to complete but will provide feedback that can lead to interventions as well as determine later, (via repeat survey) if interventions had an effect.
