Construction Services has begun work on a project to dig a sewer line from the Main Cafeteria courtyard to the grass common area next to the Women’s & Children’s Hospital. The project will begin with the installation of construction and traffic barriers in front of the hospital. Be aware of minor changes in the traffic pattern.

Some trees will be temporarily relocated off-site during construction. They are being dug up by the roots and replanted off site, where they will be cared for until they can be brought back to campus.

The cafeteria courtyard will be closing the first week of August to accommodate the construction and will reopen to visitors and staff mid-September. Additional updates will be given as the project progresses.
