Marlene Sigler Scholarship - Apply by August 15
This annual scholarship is named for beloved NHRMC team member Marlene Sigler who passed away from multiple myeloma. A $1,000 is awarded to any healthcare professional practicing in the area of cardiovascular care and enrolled in a higher education program. Learn more about the scholarship and how to apply here.
Call for Abstracts - Deadline August 15
New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s Cardiovascular & Stroke Regional Conference is now accepting research abstracts for poster and oral presentations. The selection committee is seeking relevant poster abstracts related to the prevention, pre-hospital management, acute care, and rehabilitation phases of cardiac, cerebral, and vascular patient care.
