As part of the Quality plank of its Strategic Plan, NHRMC is committed to showing our dedication to system quality, safety and consumer/patient experience. On May 31, NHRMC revealed an internal web section that will show our progress in several quality, safety and patient experience measurements.
For now, this section is available exclusively to NHRMC system employees through the CapsLive intranet. As we work toward our goal of becoming more transparent, some of this information will be available externally.
You can view the information at https://capslive.nhrmc.org/quality-at-nhrmc.
This System Quality, Safety and Consumer/Patient Experience section of the intranet provides performance reports and information on how the NHRMC System (including hospitals, primary care practices and specialty care practices) is delivering care compared to national benchmarks and industry standards.
The site reflects data provided by NHRMC to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This includes HCAHPS patient survey responses, which can be sorted by question. In addition, you can take a look at our Quality Pillar Goals. This shows infection rates, mortality, readmission, falls, restraints, pressure injuries and consumer experience.
