On Wednesday, February 20, NHRMC’s innovation team is hosting an Innovation Social. The social will be from 2 to 4 p.m. in Lighthouse Café where refreshments will be provided.
Throughout the open house, staff is encouraged to stop by and share innovation ideas of their own. Executive Director of Innovation Chris Hillier will present some of the things his team is working on to help deliver patient care in new and unique ways.
Beginning in March, the innovation team will be hosting the Speed of Health Innovation Accelerated Series. Six teams will be tasked to address current opportunities for positive change throughout the organization. Team leaders for the “Speed of Health” innovation accelerator series will recruit others to join their teams. They’ll be looking for all types of innovators: entrepreneurs, academics, problem solvers, product launchers and those driven to improve the common good.
