Physician Quality Partners has launched its new consumer website.
PQP is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. The goal of ACOs is to bring together healthcare providers to provide better coordination of services for Medicare beneficiaries. This helps ensure patients receive value-based care by providing the right care, at the right time in the right setting.
The website is designed to help participants and beneficiaries learn more about PQP’s purpose; provide resources for beneficiaries; and allow participants to learn more about ACO requirements.
