As you celebrate the holidays, the NHRMC team of dietitians offers some guidance about how to be mindful about nutrition but still enjoy some tasty treats.
The series of holiday cooking classes offers tastings of new recipes and great ideas and for making healthier holiday side dishes, appetizers, drinks, and desserts.
Classes will be held Nov. 13, 14 and 15 and Dec. 11, 12 and 13.
