She is also a 200-hour registered yoga instructor who has been leading classes in the Wilmington area for three years. Her style of teaching can be described as fun, energetic, and at times challenging.
Sarah's passion is helping others help themselves increase their overall wellness by educating them on the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, yoga, and fitness.
In addition to work experience with community organizations, Sarah has an extensive history of volunteering with nonprofits, such as the Interfaith Refugee Ministry, the Good Shepherd Center, DREAMS of Wilmington, Food for the Poor and the Carousel Center.
When not in a gym or yoga studio she loves hiking, being with her friends, going to concerts, writing, and painting.
