Tanya Armour brings a wealth of experience to the NHRMC Foundation as the new Director of Philanthropy.
Armour comes from UNC Wilmington, where she was the Director of Development, Major Gifts for the College of Health and Human Services.
She is a graduate of Kent State University, and has worked in fund-raising with the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and the University of Cincinnati.
As Director of Philanthropy, Armour will partner with individuals, corporations and foundations in various ways to assist NHRMC patients and the community.
“I am excited to be a part of the continued growth and development of New Hanover Regional Medical Center,” Armour said. “The people of southeastern North Carolina have a generous spirit, and I look forward to working with them to help NHRMC further its mission of Leading Our Community to Outstanding Health.”
