Onslow Oncology joins NHRMC Physician Group

WILMINGTON – Adesola Awomolo, M.D., of Onslow Oncology has joined the NHRMC Physician Group. Dr. Awomolo is board-certified in both hematology, the treatment of malignant and benign disorders of the blood, and oncology, the treatment of cancer.

Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Awomolo completed her residency in internal medicine at Harlem Hospital in New York and her fellowship in hematology/oncology at New York University. She moved to southeastern North Carolina where she started her own practice in 2001, bringing quality hematology and oncology care to patients in the Onslow County area.
