23 doctors graduate from residency program at NHRMC

WILMINGTON – New Hanover Regional Medical Center and South Eastern Area Health Education Center are pleased to announce the graduation of 23 residents from five specialty programs at NHRMC.

The graduates have completed residencies in Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology and Pharmacy. The residency programs are rigorous teaching programs in which doctors learn hands-on skills in their chosen specialty. Many of the residency graduates since the program’s inception have stayed in the Wilmington area and practice medicine in southeastern North Carolina.

Congratulations to the following graduates in the field of Family Medicine: Dorothy Ejinkonye Agbafe-Mosley, MD, Scott Michael Kahn, MD, Challie Alvis Minton, MD, Syed Hadi Shah, MD. In General Surgery, congratulations to Donald Kent Stewart, IV, MD and preliminary year graduate, Kenneth Joseph Sauve, MD. In the field of Internal Medicine, we congratulate Sarath Chandra Kolluru, MD, Kamran Naeem Lateef, MD, Anthony Lukas Loschner, MD, Rajmony Singh Pannu, MD, Priyanka Uppal, MD, Xianjin Yi, MD, Ezequiel Zamora, MD, and preliminary year graduates, Jennifer Ann Jarosz, MD, and Amy Hoi-Mei Ng, MD. In Obstetrics/Gynecology, the graduates are Rachel Lee McLean, DO, Michael Allen Nobles, MD, Pamela Renee Novosel, MD, and Beth Allison Salyer, MD. The graduating Pharmacy residents are Kira Renee Brice, PharmD, Amanda Gail Burgin, PharmD, Holly Elizabeth Knight, PharmD, and Kimberly Lovin Nealy, PharmD.
