Teriyaki Salmon

1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup red wine
¼ cup honey
1 Tablespoon canola oil
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound of fresh salmon – cut into 4 oz pieces

Combine all ingredients of the marinade and mix well.
Pour over the salmon and marinate in a zip lock bag for at least three hours.
Remove the salmon, and discard the marinade.
Grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until fish begins to flake.
Makes: 4 servings
