Confetti Pear and Spinach Salad

1 pkg (10oz.) fresh spinach, tough stems trimmed
1 can (15oz.) sliced Bartlett pears in light syrup, drained
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
¼ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
¼ cup bottled balsamic vinegar dressing
1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel

In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, pears, walnuts. In a small bowl, whisk balsamic dressing and orange peel. Drizzle over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Makes: 6 servings.
