8-10 chicken breast tenderloins, cut up and cooked
Large bunch of fresh broccoli, cooked and cut up
1 can reduced fat-low sodium cream of chicken soup
½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
½ cup fat-free milk
1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons Bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer casserole dish with broccoli then chicken pieces. In separate bowl mix soup, mayo and milk. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
