Eligibility

You must be a .6 FTE (24 standard hours) or greater to be eligible for the medical coverage.  

Dependents eligible for coverage:

  • Your legally married spouse
  • Your dependent children up to age 26

Coverage Levels

When choosing medical coverage, you will select one of the following coverage levels:

  • Employee only
  • Employee/Child(ren)
  • Employee/Spouse (if eligible)
  • Family
