The New Hanover Regional Medical Center Surgical Pavilion provides area residents with convenient access to truly advanced surgical services in a spacious, inviting and comfortable setting. The Surgical Pavilion's 186,500 square feet - situated behind New Hanover Regional Medical Center with ample free parking nearby - includes an extended roof line that protects patients and guests during inclement weather.
Patients can go directly to the Surgical Pavilion for procedures rather than checking in at the Medical Center's registration desk.
All 26 operating rooms, more than 600 square feet each, have been designed to accommodate the use of advanced technology, including laparoscopic monitors and equipment.
