If you're visiting our site, whether you searched for us or were guided here, chances are your visit is more than just idle curiosity. A more likely reason is that you or a loved one may be confronting the prospect – or the reality – of a diagnosis of cancer.

If that is your situation, we urge you to contact us right away. In those circumstances our standing policy is to work to see first-time patients the same day if possible, but no later than the next day.

When test results, a screening, symptoms, or an examination strongly suggest the presence of cancer, among the most stressful aspects of dealing with the prospect of the disease is waiting to see a specialist. Those first few hours and days are when questions and uncertainty make the emotional aspects of dealing with cancer the most difficult.

As a Medical Oncology practice we treat patients through various forms of chemotherapy. But alongside that aspect of care we also explain, clarify, guide, inform, and coordinate other forms of care.
