NHRMC Orthopedic Hospital specializes in the care and treatment of orthopedic conditions. The NHRMC Orthopedic Hospital, designated as a Blue Distinction Center+ in Knee and Hip Replacements by BCBSNC, features designated orthopedic nurses, therapists, technicians and surgeons who are board-certified or eligible in orthopedic surgery.

Full-service Emergency Care

The most comprehensive orthopedic hospital in the region includes an emergency department staffed by Eastern Carolina Emergency Physicians, the same team that staffs the emergency department at New Hanover Regional Medical Center's main campus, NHRMC Emergency Department-North and Pender Memorial Hospital.

The facility has emergency operating rooms and an onsite pharmacy. Its complete radiology and lab services are available 24 hours a day.

You may be treated and released, admitted to NHRMC Orthopedic Hospital, or transferred for admission at NHRMC's main campus.
