Employee Fitness Center
Operating 24 hours, seven days a week exclusively for employees and their eligible dependents, the fitness center has a variety of cardio, strength and conditioning equipment as well as an indoor walking/running track and group exercise classes.
The NHRMC Employee Fitness Center is conveniently located on the corner of Independence and Shipyard Blvd. This low-cost option to keep you on track with you fitness goals costs just $5 per pay period for employees, or $10 per pay period for a family membership. Eligible dependents are required to be 15 years of age or older to use workout areas and equipment.
Employees may register themselves and their eligible dependents by using the online form through CapsLive at any time. Changes have been made to the eligibility requirements - dependents ages 13 and 14 can now participate in some of the EFC programs! Read more about the changes on the Eligibility page.
