Save the date and plan to attend the 9th Annual 2014 New Hanover Regional Medical Center Cardiovascular Symposium September 18 and 19, 2014 at the Wilmington Convention Center.
This year’s symposium theme is From Registries and Guidelines to Social Media and Legislation: Improving Outcomes of Cardiovascular Patients.
The event will feature pre-conference workshops on September 17 and 18. Topics include: Acute Stroke Life Support, Interactive and Hands-On Device Stations, and the Community Paramedics Model.
AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, NCNA nursing contact hours and ACPE pharmacy credits are offered.
- Review current treatments, scientific advancements, preventive measures and pharmacotherapeutics in cardiovascular care
- Describe how current guidelines, registries, social media and legislation impact outcomes of the cardiovascular patient
