Good for You 5K

New Hanover Regional Medical Center is hosting another Good For You 5K as part of the Good For You employee wellness initiative. The free event, open to employees (and family) of New Hanover Regional Medical Center, NHRMC Physician Group and Pender Memorial Hospital, is scheduled for April 21, 2013, at the NHRMC Employee Fitness Center.  The 5K  will begin at 8:00 am. 

Online registration is now closed, but you can register in person at the Employee Fitness Center on Friday, April 19 from noon until 4:00 p.m. or the morning of the event from 6:30 a.m. until 7:15 a.m.
