Mother/Baby Unit

For the recovery of mother and baby following delivery

Our 35-bed Mother/Baby Unit provides post-delivery care to mothers and babies in a private, family-centered environment. Important to the design of this unit is the extensive family space including a kitchen, lounge, and space within the private rooms including a pull-out couch. Other amenities include internet access and a flat panel TV and DVD player to help create a relaxing environment, a comforting home-away-from-home setting as a family begins its new life together.

Highlights of the Mother/Baby Unit include:

• Family kitchen, lounge and laundry
• All private rooms with sleeper sofa
• Internet, flat panel TV, DVD players in all rooms
• Lactation consultants available to support breastfeeding
