As an academic health care institution, we know first hand how important education can be and are wiling to financially support our employees in their pursuit of continuing education. We offer an extensive variety of in-house learning opportunities and seminars, as well as one of the best educational reimbursement plans.
NHRMC offers reimbursement for tuition, initial certifications, and textbook expenses, up to $2,000 tax free per calendar year for eligible courses and exams.
College Savings Plan (Section 529)
Employees may elect to save for college education for a child or other beneficiary with a Section 529 College Savings Plan. Pre-tax payroll deduction is available for benefits-eligible employees.
Nursing Certification Pay
As an ANCC designated Magnet hospital, nurses are encouraged to pursue opportunities for professional growth. Nurse who achieve and maintain a national certification in an area of practice are rewarded with an annual stipend. NHRMC is also an ANCC exam site for several certifications.

ACLS Renewal Course, PALS Recertification, BLS Classes, Computer Training Courses, Nutrition Classes, TNCC Certification, ENPC Certification, a variety of symposiums, are just a few of the education resources sponsored by NHRMC and available to our employees.
