Take home message: The Administrative Residency Program at New Hanover Regional Medical Center afforded me the opportunity to learn directly alongside Senior Leadership the role of a healthcare executive. The position is highly self driven, allowing the motivated individual a unique opportunity to focus in one or many areas of interest. A very challenging yet rewarding position. I am privileged to currently be employed by NHRMC, where I utilize many of the skills learned while in the Administrative Residency Program.
