NHRMC employment includes a retirement package that rewards you for years of experience with our pension plan; we also offer an outstanding savings plan.
NHRMC provides a defined-benefit pension plan based on you credited years of vested service with NHRMC, your covered compensation, and your Social Security covered compensation. You are vested in the pension plan when you have completed five or more years of service in which you work 1,000 or more hours during the calendar year.
403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
To build additional retirement financial security, you may choose to participate in the 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan. Contributions are made on a pre-tax basis so you do not pay taxes on your contributions until you actually receive them.
457(b) Retirement Savings Plan
NHRMC provides you with a second opportunity to save for retirement through the 457(b) Retirement Savings Plan. Like the 403(b) you may begin your pre-tax participation at any time and with the 457(b) you are always 100% vested in you personal contributions.
