From Our Patients
NHRMC knows that providing quality care isn't just about performing procedures well and having positive outcomes. A main component is how well you treat your patients while they are under your care. Most patients will remember the care they received long after the healing and recovery process is complete.
Each of our staff members is trained to treat every patient as the most important person they will care for that day. While our staff is routinely recognized for the skilled care they provide, they are also remembered for the care and compassion they show to each and every patient whose lives they touch.
We work to ensure patients are well informed about what to expect during their stay, take the time to listen to the patient and family members to understand their needs and do what we can to ease anxiety, make them comfortable and promote healing. After discharge, outbound phone calls help us follow up with your needs and make sure you have the opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have as you adjust to daily life.
Patient Experience (HCAHPS)
HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) is a national, standardized survey of hospital patients. HCAHPS (pronounced "H-caps") was created to publicly report the patient's perspective of hospital care. The survey asks a random sample of recently discharged patients about important aspects of their hospital experience.
