These products may be obtained from the Outpatient Pharmacy in person unless you are requesting delivery to Cape Fear. If Cape Fear delivery is requested, please use this form and allow one business day for order processing and delivery. However, if an order delivery of OTC items to Cape Fear is placed by 11:00 a.m. on a business day, items will arrive the same business day.
