New Hanover Regional Medical Center has two outpatient rehabiliation centers to meet the needs of patients with speech, physical or developmental disabilities.

Independence Rehabilitation

Pre-Registration

We recommend that you click here to print off and complete some pre-registration forms before your evaluation and bring them on the day of your appointment at either outpatient rehabilitation location.
