Inpatient Medical/Surgical Unit

Pender Memorial Hospital offers all private rooms for general medical and surgical patients who need to be hospitalized.  Attentive staff and physicians are accessible and focused on helping each patient get the best care possible.

The unit was renovated in 2011 to provide a brighter, more comforting environment along with artwork from around Pender County and the region.

The unit also provides IV therapies on an outpatient basis.

The hospital, which is licensed for 43 acute care beds, is fully accredited by the Joint Commission.
