Breach Notification Education

The Breach Notification Law became effective September 23, 2009.  It is important that all NHRMC employees and those affiliated with NHRMC became fully aware and knowledgeable of this law and ramifications for breaches.   

Please review the Computer Based Learning module and complete the corresponding post-test.  A score of 100% is required to substantiate successful completion of the course.

• Upon passing the test you will be able to print a certificate of completion.  CHA employees should submit their certificates of completion to their facility manager for tracking.
• Facility manager should maintain this documentation in the employee's file and provide a report of staff completion to the Compliance Office.
