Billing Information
Pender Memorial Hospital employees are always happy to serve you and want to make sure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
- If you have medical insurance and have a co-pay or deductible, you will be expected to pay that amount at the time services are rendered. Once your insurance payment is processed, you will receive a statement for the remaining balance, if there is any.
- Self-pay patients with no insurance coverage may ask to speak with a representative to arrange a payment plan or complete a Financial Assistance application for review.
If at any time you have questions about your bill, you may request an itemized bill of charges by calling 910-259-5451 and ask for the insurance billing office Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm.
