HIV Care Team

With the assistance of three state and two federal grants, the HIV Care Team cares for more than 400 patients with AIDS or HIV on an outpatient and inpatient basis, and screens adults and children who are at risk.

The team tends to patient's needs including case management, social and personal needs and transportation.

With a team of surgeons and dedicated staff, the Cape Fear Orthopaedic Specialty Center offers highly trained doctors, nurses and technicians giving advanced and coordinated care.

Delivering more than 3,500 babies a year and providing routine to critical care, the Women's and Children's Services Department offers sophisticated and personal care.

With the only open-heart surgery program in the area, the Coastal Heart Center at New Hanover Regional Medical Center is among the state's leaders in cardiac care.
