For many people, the Emergency Department at Cape Fear Hospital serves as the gateway to the network's Orthopedic Center.  The Orthopedic Center is in the hospital, providing the majority of the network's orthopaedic care.  The Orthopedic Center has staff specially trained to deal with bone muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and nerve injuries.
